I ordered wardrobes set to 4 bedrooms, dry and wet kitchen cabinet set, and shoes cabinet. My experience was 5 stars satisfaction, with the Intech Kitchen team and services, from beginning idea, design, advice, installation and also the patience, especially from their sales team. My appreciation credit to Mr Anderson. and Ms Jessica, the installation workmanship especially for our wardrobes was 5 stars perfection. Also at a very reasonable pricing. Quality wise and materials provided are on par with the other branded kitchen cabinet company in the market. Not to mentioned the after sales services, they responded on any faulty on kitchen drawers or doors, they immediately came to rectify and replace a new set. Highly recommended. Bravo to Intech teams. Keep up the good work.

The designer contacted me and made a free on site review the next day. They can provide idea on how my cabinet look like. I appreciate the professionalism and attentiveness shown consistently. In July 2022 I used Intech service to dismantle my old cabinet, design and install new kitchen countersOverall it's a mixed review1st visit to their showroom, it was by walk-in but I am glad they accepted me. I was given thorough explanation and what options would suit my house the most. My limitation is inability to take leave conveniently, being a healthcare professional. I also bake and cook regularly so I needed a resilient plumbing system, and a huge sink to accomodate my 7L electrical mixing bowl. I requested for the whole set up - cabinet assembly and plumbing works to be orchestrated by Intech themselves because time is not a luxury I can afford. Any trouble, logically I'd expect it to be professionally handled by the company. That is why I did not attempt to negotiate on the quotation I was given at allThe final decision after discussing with the designer was to go with aluminum counter (full replacement for bottom row because the old one was fully destroyed from prior water leakage from subpar plumbing work; aluminum door replacement and panelling for top row), and quartz stone surface; nano double-bowl sink and pull-type tapCabinet instalment per se was done neatly. Although there was an error with measurements but it was rectified immediately (caused me a week delay and another day of leave)Then the plumbing issues came when all hell broke loose. The promise I was given by Intech's rep was everything will be done with in barely 1-2weeks; but in fact it dragged to 3-4weeks. 1st round of plumbing was done by a guy who did so quickly within barely 1hour he was done. Only to be left with lop-sided plumbing system and leakage from both drainers (double bowl sink, 2 drainers). I complained to Intech and the issue was addressedRound 2, same plumber came. Did such sloppy job, base of my aluminum box was left dented and scratched. I didn't even get to use it yet. This time I inspected his work diligently and saw obvious leakage which he said was from old leakage. He even laughed off at my worries and said he'd come right away within the next few hours if there's truly another leakageAAAAND true enough, it's an actual leakage. Again from both drainers. I ended up having to take 4 days of leave just so the whole ruckus could be solved. I texted the plumber, feeling extremely upset. He did not even tell me directly it could be actual hardware malfunction and the drainers needed 1-to-1 replacement. Intech rep was the one to inform me later on - for which I had to take leave again for another plumber to come overThe 2nd plumber's work was flawless, but the person who called me to schedule the repair was a real rude woman. I work in surgery field therefore I cannot just drop everything off and come home whenever the plumber deem convenient to come. I told her that I'd need an exact time and date so I can arrange my schedule around it but she said the timing is to be set by the plumber. Therefore, I'd have to go according to theirs instead. That irked me so much and she said with her voice raised that I don't get to choose the time and it's not her problem, she's just helping since she's the supplier. What the actual nonsense? It's hardware error for freaking sakeSo yes, if you want good workmanship, you can go with Intech, but I wouldn't fully take their word pertaining to time estimation. So although the whole issue was rectified, I now have a scratched aluminum box which I try not to look at. 4 days less of annual leave. And it ended on somewhat bitter note. I might go again with their service, but the next time I do, I'd have to watch like a hawk
